Thank you for all of the thoughtful enquiries we’ve had about whether or not we will be open in the coming weeks when the new restrictions come in to place on Thursday morning. The answer is yes we will be, however, it will be both cautiously and responsibly.
The government have announced that garden centres can remain open to the public, along with DIY shops and supermarkets. We are grateful to continue to be able to provide our supportive and loyal customers with the products you need to get you through this uncertain and difficult time. Our opening hours will remain the same:

Mon-Sat: 9:00AM – 5.00PM
Sun: 10:30AM – 4:30PM

Since restrictions were relaxed, we have provided a safe environment for both staff and customers at the garden centre, and will continue to do so. The cafe will be closed but is offering a takeaway service for cake, scones and drinks. We do ask that you don’t arrange to meet in groups here. Remember all of our staff are going through this too and we know it isn’t easy! But as we have experienced local lockdowns & tier 3, we know that us hardy Lancashire-folk can get through it!
This is a difficult time for all businesses, and our thoughts are with those who do have to close their doors for the next coming weeks. We know that, although we are allowed to remain open, this is not a case of business as usual. We hope that you all stay safe and hope for brighter days ahead!
Thank you and stay safe,
Ashton Hall Garden Centre
